The price covers the installation work in question and includes 25.5% VAT (ALV). For example, installing and connecting a dishwasher costs €125.50 and installing or replacing a toilet €235.31. Work that is not on the price list is quoted individually.

Yes. If the job needs, for example, a longer hose, an adapter or an extra fitting, the parts are charged on top of the installation price. Tell us about the site in advance or send a photo, so the parts can be assessed before the visit.

Usually yes for the labour, as long as the work is not the housing company’s responsibility. The credit is currently 35% of the labour cost (incl. VAT), with a €150 deductible (omavastuu) and a maximum of €1,600 per person per year. Materials, devices and travel costs do not qualify, and installing an appliance as a separate job does not qualify either. The company doing the work must be in the prepayment register (ennakkoperintärekisteri). The government has proposed a temporary increase for 2026–2027 – it is only a proposal, so check the current rules on vero.fi. You can estimate your credit with the price calculator.

Yes. We also install a dishwasher, washing machine, faucet, sink or toilet that you have bought yourself. Keep the manufacturer’s installation instructions and the parts that came with it, so the installation can be done in one visit.

Before changes to the water pipes, a renovation notice (muutostyöilmoitus) is usually sent to the property manager (isännöitsijä). If your flat has no shut-off valves of its own, the water shut-off is agreed in advance with the maintenance company (huoltoyhtiö). We can tell you what information the notice needs.

We make the water and drain connections. An appliance with a plug is plugged into a socket, but fixed electrical connections and new sockets are always done by an electrician. Bathroom waterproofing is separate work for a specialist.
